I find the internet to be a beautiful digital representation of the mycelium web ~ a space where we can gather from around the world to learn from each other, hold space for each other, and come together to share our dreams and vision for the world we desire to live in. These online offerings are my small contribution to this global network we are co-creating.

Online Monthly Singing Circles

This online monthly gathering is an opportunity to be present with our global tribe as we share our heart songs and prayers for unification and peace with each other. We will use the ancient technology of the circle, woven with the modern technology of the online world, to harmonize together under a shared intention of total acceptance for all emotions that are being felt at this time.

The Spiral Dance

An online ceremony for women who desire to deepen their relationship with their monthly moon cycle. In this ceremony, we will journey back in time to our first bleed and reflect on our relationships with our cycle and our bodies since that moment. We will honor all the women in our maternal lineage who have pathed the path for us to be connected with the gifts woven into our DNA through our moon cycle, invoking there stories of struggle and beauty as our own, for we are all connected.

This ceremony will also be an opportunity for us to share wisdom around living in deeper harmony with our cycles through cycle mapping, nutrition, herbal remedies, and spiritual practices to connect to the ever present guidance of our Wombs. When we decided to show up to do this work together, we create ripples of impact for ourselves as a collective movement of women and for the younger generations to come. HERBAL BODY OIL Workshop

This workshop will be hands-on, educational, aromatic, romantic, and delightfully messy. You'll leave with all the tools you need to create the most potent herbal body oil for yourself and your loved ones, right from the comfort of your own kitchen.

I am constantly seeking ways to incorporate more  herbal remedies into my life, and crafting my own  herbal oils to use throughout my days has become my favorite way to commune with the magic of healing plants.
